Who runs this site

This website is run by AmirArsham Farahmand (operating as Arsham Farahmand), a licensed insurance broker registered with RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario), Licence #66974. Insurance products are offered through StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, a division of SIB Corp, 10 George St, 3rd Floor, Hamilton, ON L8P 1C8.

General information, not advice

The descriptions of insurance on this site are general. What a policy covers, and what it doesn't, depends on its own wording and on what the insurer agrees to cover. Nothing here is advice for your business in particular; that comes from a conversation about how your business actually runs.

Nothing is covered until it's confirmed

Sending a request, picking services, booking a callback or leaving a message does not bind, change or cancel any insurance, and it is not a quote. Coverage only starts once an insurer has accepted it and you have been told so in writing. Until then, keep any insurance you already have in place.

What you send through the site

The forms ask for contact details and a few general questions about your business. Please don't send policy numbers, dates of birth, driver's licence numbers, financial statements or banking details through them; those are asked for later, through the proper channels, if they're needed. What you do send is handled under the privacy policy.

Keeping the site accurate

The information here is kept as current as reasonably possible, but it can change without notice and may not always be complete or free of errors. If something looks wrong, please say so.

Links to other websites, such as insurers or regulators, are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which this site doesn't control.

The site's content

The text, illustrations and design of this site are owned by or licensed to its operator. You're welcome to read, print or share pages for your own use; please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, the site's operator isn't responsible for loss arising from relying on the general information on this site. This doesn't limit any duty owed to you as a client under Ontario law or RIBO's rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
