AAF CRM
The CRM for commercial insurance brokers.
Built by AmirArsham Farahmand, a licensed commercial insurance broker in Ontario, and used every day on a live book of business. It handles the part of the job a general CRM can't: prospecting a business, researching it, gathering what the insurers ask for, and getting the submission out to market.

What it does
Prospecting to bound policy
A pipeline built around how commercial insurance is sold, with a staging pool for raw leads that never touches the real book until a lead is promoted. Every lead is scored so the strongest are called first.
Research before the call
One button writes a brief on a business from public sources: what it does, its likely exposures, and an opening email in the broker's own voice.
Notes in, submission out
A call recording, meeting notes, a PDF or a spreadsheet goes in. The CRM reads it and fills the insurer's application, flagging each answer it could not find instead of guessing.
Add a business from a photo
A photo of a business card, a truck or a sign becomes a record: name, phone, website, address and contacts, read while the broker keeps walking.
One market list
Every insurer and wholesaler with its submission addresses, ranked by what each writes in Canada. Send to Market prepares one email per market, with the files attached, for the broker to review and send.
Forms filled from the record
The brokerage's own forms and the insurers' applications open already filled from the record, then export to PDF or Word.
Where the work happens
A Chrome extension puts the CRM beside any page, turns phone numbers into calls, and works with the agency management system and Outlook on the web. iPhone and Android apps, and voice commands, cover the time away from the desk.
